What delivery options are available?
— Limassol: 1-hour delivery (during store opening hours).
— Cyprus: 2–5 business days.
— EU countries: 7–28 business days.
For destinations outside Cyprus/EU, please email us at info@onetwoplaycy.com to confirm availability.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery within Cyprus is free for orders over €60.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, you can collect your order from our store at Georgiou Griva Digeni 34A, Avenue 3106, Cyprus.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Under EU consumer law, you have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us right away with photos of the damage — we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
